I&amp;#8217;m thinking weekly posts will allow me to be accountable on my health journey. I&amp;#8217;ll be doing a restart on June 1st, which is tomorrow, AHHHH. Basically, I&amp;#8217;m committing to working out 3X a week for at least 30min at the gym or using workout videos.
