i know junk is bad for your body, and never helps with weight loss, but that is my biggest weakness. it seems like i can’t even wean myself off of it. what is the best way to deal with cravings for chocolatey goodness?

  1. bobcat-fitness answered: Find something sweet that’s healthier. Like chocolate coated raisins/nuts or I personally drink chocolate soy/almond milk.
