Attempted Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, and realized that I should probably finish 30DS first, or at least get to a comfortable spot with that. I skipped yesterday, so I thought i’d go extra hard today, but things never pan out the way we want them to, do they. Today was not so great. I only did like 10 min of the vid & wasn’t break a sweat. Day 2: COMPLETE
I just got done with 30DS day 2, and I feel oh so satisfied! I honestly DID NOT feel like working out today. I was crazy sore from yesterday to the point where I laid in bed for like 3hrs because it hurt to move around. I forced myself to get it done, and I feel GREAT. I’m sure the pain will be horrendous tomorrow, but I hear the soreness gets better after the fourth! Keep pushing...

i know junk is bad for your body, and never helps with weight loss, but that is my biggest weakness. it seems like i can’t even wean myself off of it. what is the best way to deal with cravings for chocolatey goodness?
