Attempted Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, and realized that I should probably finish 30DS first, or at least get to a comfortable spot with that. However, on a good note, I realized my endurance is up after THREE days of 30DS, how AWESOME is that?! Also, I’m slowly beginning to feel my calf muscles again, which I’m super pumped about! Happy New Year everyone! I’m looking forward to healthier, happier days! Here is to more positivity, fitness, sleep, good food, time with loved ones & BEASTIN’ every single obstacle/challenge & meeting all our goals! 2013 will be GREAT!

I skipped yesterday, so I thought i’d go extra hard today, but things never pan out the way we want them to, do they. Today was not so great. I only did like 10 min of the vid & wasn’t break a sweat. I wasn’t really motivated to do the workout, so I didnt really put in much effort. Emotionally/motivational-wise, I just wasnt there. Does anybody have any tips for pushing through when exercising or how do you deal with becoming (de)motivated in the middle of an exercise?

I just got done with 30DS day 2, and I feel oh so satisfied! I honestly DID NOT feel like working out today. I was crazy sore from yesterday to the point where I laid in bed for like 3hrs because it hurt to move around. I forced myself to get it done, and I feel GREAT. I’m sure the pain will be horrendous tomorrow, but I hear the soreness gets better after the fourth! Keep pushing y’all!

I’m back on my fitness journey! Yaaaay! I recently bought several Jillian Micheals dvds to motivate me to workout, and today I did the first day of 30DS. I began with 5lb weights, but had to quickly switch to the 3lb ones. It was PAINFUL. Today showed me how out of shape I am, but it also has been really motivating! I’m going to continue pushing & hopefully I’ll get to the point where I can do several Jillian dvds in one day!

Okay, I’ve been on hiatus for way too long. I’m now going to get back on this fitness journey! I’m SUPER PUMPED. I also just purchased a gym membership, so hopefully that will push me!
